Product Description

The welding positioner is a device that makes the welding seam in a horizontal or boat-shaped position through the rotation or tilt of the worktable.
The worktable rotation adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, and the worktable is driven to elevate by hydraulic cylinders.
It can realize joint control with manipulator or welding machine.
This product is used for welding various shafts, discs, cylinders and other rotating workpieces. It is the most widely used structural form.

The elevating type welding positioner can adjust the height of the worktable by adjusting the position of the latch or electric height adjustment, and it can be adapted to a wider range. Under load, it can reach equilibrium stably without tipping over.
The elevating positioner produced by MISA has excellent dynamic braking and can be stopped immediately. The anti-interference electric control system is fully remote controlled to ensure the safety of operators. Can run quickly, reducing waiting time. Equipped with a protractor that can easily read the tilt angle. Fully enclosed speed regulation mechanism, stepless speed regulation.
