CR CE rollers feature an all-fabricated-steel base construction with wheel carriages adaptable to vessels of varying diameters, maintaining a constant centre-line. The drive motor is an inverter-controlled, variable frequency AC type with fan cooling. Dual reduction worm and wheel gearboxes are utilized for increased durability and prolonged service intervals. Drive and idler wheel shafts are encased in deep groove type roller bearings with synchronous rotation. Both drive and idler rolls have lifting holes for easy maneuverability. Control boxes are housed in IP55 rated enclosures, utilizing variable frequency AC control electrical systems with full CE certification.
