With a powered drive unit controlled by a five-function pendant and variable speed potentiometer, operators enjoy full control over rotating vessels.
Adjust the center distance of the roller group using reserved bolt holes or screws to accommodate changes in workpiece diameter.
Featuring a steel-rubber combination roller, the system boasts high bearing and driving capacity. Equipped with an inverter for stepless speed regulation, it offers an expansive speed range, exceptional precision, and powerful starting torque.

CR CE rollers feature an all-fabricated-steel base construction with wheel carriages, adaptable to various vessel diameters around a steadfast centre-line. The drive motor, an inverter-controlled variable frequency AC type with fan cooling, pairs with two reduction worm and wheel gearboxes for enhanced durability. Shafts are housed in deep groove roller bearings for synchronized rotation. Both drive and idler rolls feature lifting holes on the frames for easy transport. Control boxes, rated IP55, utilize variable frequency AC control systems with full CE certification.
