The drive motor is an advanced inverter-controlled variable frequency AC type with fan cooling technology. For enhanced durability and extended maintenance intervals, we utilize two reduction worm and wheel gearboxes. The drive and idler wheel shafts are equipped with deep groove type roller bearings for synchronous rotation. Both the drive and idler rolls include lifting holes on the frames to facilitate easy handling. Our control boxes are IP55 rated with enclosures and use variable frequency AC control systems, fully certified with CE.
