Conventional Rotator Design Features:

This equipment is extensively employed in the welding, installation, and polishing of cylindrical structures such as oil and gas platforms, support structures, storage tanks, tanker vessels, pressure vessels,wind power installations, pipelines, boilers, shipyards, steel constructions,as well as nuclear power facilities and numerous other sectors.

Our turning rolls simplify the rotation of cylindrical containers during welding and fabrication, enhancing production quality and efficiency. Built for durability, our sturdy conventional turning rolls are crafted to withstand the most challenging environments. The powered drive units offer precision control through a five-function pendant with a variable speed potentiometer, granting the operator full command over the rotating vessel.
The center distance of the roller group can be adjusted using reserved bolt holes or screws to adapt to varying workpiece diameters.
Featuring a steel-rubber roller combination, our design offers substantial bearing and driving capacities. Equipped with an inverter for stepless speed regulation, providing a broad speed range, high precision, and significant starting torque.

The drive and idler wheel shafts are housed in deep-groove roller bearings for synchronized rotation. Both drive and idler rolls include lifting holes for easy maneuverability. Enclosed in IP55-rated control boxes, our systems use variable frequency AC controls, fully CE certified.
