CR CE rollers are crafted with an all-fabricated-steel base and wheel carriages that can be adjusted to accommodate vessels of various diameters around a fixed center-line. A drive motor with inverter-controlled variable frequency AC type and fan cooling is employed. Drive two reduction worm and wheel gearboxes are integrated for enhanced durability and prolonged overhaul intervals. Drive and idler wheel shafts are supported by deep groove roller bearings for synchronous rotation. Both the drive and idler rolls feature lifting holes on their frames for easy movement. Control boxes boast IP55 rated enclosures utilizing variable frequency AC control electrical systems with full CE certification.
