CR CE rollers are constructed with an all-fabricated-steel base, featuring wheel carriages positioned to support vessels of varying diameters around a constant center-line. The drive motor is an inverter-controlled variable frequency AC type with fan cooling, driving two reduction worm and wheel gearboxes for enhanced durability and prolonged overhaul intervals. Drive and idler wheel shafts are encased in deep groove roller bearings for synchronized rotation. Both the drive and idler rolls are equipped with lifting holes for easy maneuverability. Control boxes are housed in IP55-rated enclosures and employ variable frequency AC control electrical systems with complete CE certification.
