Our CR CE rollers are constructed with an all-fabricated steel base and wheel carriages, adjustable to fit vessels of different diameters along a constant center-line. The drive motor features an inverter-controlled variable frequency AC type with fan cooling. Enhanced durability and prolonged overhaul intervals are achieved using two reduction worm and wheel gearboxes. Drive and idler wheel shafts utilize deep groove roller bearings ensuring synchronized rotation. Both drive and idler rolls include lifting holes for effortless maneuverability. Control boxes are housed in IP55-rated enclosures, employing variable frequency AC control systems, fully certified with CE marking.
