Conventional Rotator Design Features:

It is widely used for welding, installation, and polishing of cylindrical components in oil and gas, platform supports, storage tanks, tankers, pressure vessels,wind power, pipelines, boiler, boiler, shipyard, steel structures, nuclear power, and a multitude of other industries.

Turning rolls simplify the rotation of cylindrical containers during welding and fabrication, enhancing production quality and efficiency. Our heavy-duty, durable conventional turning rolls are engineered to withstand the most demanding and abrasive operational environments. The powered drive units are expertly controlled by a five-function pendant featuring a variable speed potentiometer, granting the operator full command over the rotating vessel.

This system is significantly more user-friendly compared to the conventional standard bolt type.

With the bolt type system, wheel adjustments require loosening and tightening bolts, which can be cumbersome.

Our innovative hand wheels type allows you to adjust the wheels' distance with ease, as demonstrated in the video.
