CR CE rollers are built on an all-fabricated-steel base and feature wheel carriages that can be precisely positioned for vessels of various diameters on a constant centre-line. A single drive motor, controlled by inverter variable frequency AC with fan cooling, drives two reduction worm and wheel gearboxes, ensuring enhanced durability and extended maintenance intervals. The drive and idler wheel shafts are equipped with deep groove-type roller bearings for synchronous rotation. Both the drive roll and idler roll frames include lifting holes for easy maneuverability. The control boxes, featuring IP55 rated enclosures, utilize variable frequency AC control systems with full CE certification.
